What I want after life

Life

People plan their lives. When a child is born, the child’s parents plan for its future. A person plans his life till death and even for his dear ones beyond his life. That’s why people buy insurances. Even old people have a lot to plan if not about their own life, then about their children and others.

When every one plans his or her life and even beyond, why should I lag behind? Today I would like to share about my own plans, not for my life but beyond.

What I want when I am dead?

When dead, I would like to get back to mother nature. Though every single person ultimately becomes a part of the nature, I would like to unite with mother nature in my own way. I would like to lie in the lap of mother nature beyond my life. I want to be buried in earth in a serene environs that is far from the artificial world created by the humans.

When dead, I would like to be buried in woods, trees standing tall, filtering sunlight, tranquil stream flowing with soft murmur and the creatures of the forest enjoying their life. Amidst all these, I would like to be buried in a grave which is not marked by anything except a sapling planted on the mound of earth, that shall, with time, sap what gets into soil as my body unites with mother nature. I want to become a part of the nature, without any boundaries between me and mother nature.

Is it too much to ask? Though it’s a really simple wish, it is quite unlikely to be fulfilled, though I can make a part of it happen. I can be buried in a small patch of land with trees standing tall all around in that small patch.
